Special Offer: Kitchen included for the first bookers!

As part of the campaign, our partner Baltest mööbel OÜ offers kitchen furniture.

The price of the kitchen furniture, including VAT, is as follows:

• 1-room up to 35 m² – €5,000
• 2-room up to 60 m² – €8,000
• 3-room from 60 m² – €10,000
• 4 and 5-room from 90 m² – €12,000

The price includes kitchen furniture and fittings with freely chosen materials, excluding appliances and plumbing. If the final price of the kitchen furniture exceeds the stated amount, the buyer covers the price difference directly to Baltest mööbel OÜ. If the final price of the kitchen furniture is less than the stated amount, the buyer can use the unused amount to purchase kitchen appliances only through Baltest mööbel OÜ. The campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash. The offer is valid only for bookings at the Soodi 6 site upon signing a booking agreement. Only one ongoing discount can be used per booking, and discounts cannot be combined. The “Kitchen Included” campaign starts on June 18, 2024, and lasts until the first 10 bookers have signed a booking agreement.
